Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that unexpected things come up, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To be fair to all of my clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations/reschedules made with 24+ hours’ notice – No fee will be charged.
• Cancellations/no shows made within 24 hours of the appointment – A fee of 40% of the scheduled services will be applied or a forfeit of deposit.
Since appointment times are set aside just for you, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. This policy helps me provide the best service possible while respecting everyone’s time.
